Vera Morgan currently is dedicating herself to working with her passion which is serving on the Board of Hospice Alliance of Hampton Roads for the last 3 ½ years as well as working closely with the Alzheimer's Association of Southeastern Virginia and Fundraising Chair for Ramps Across America.

Received Licensed Practical Nursing Degree form Medical College of Virginia which since a little girl has had the compassion to help make a diffence in helping someone's life along the way.

From having worked in the Medical Field for the last thirty some years she has found that the geriatric field has been one of her favorite passions. She would like to be able to play a part of making a difference in the aging in place population to receive the dignity and respect that they so much deserve.

Throughout her life in working in the medical field in some aspect or another has found that there is such a need to educate and let people know the availability of Hospice Care and the greater need for the Hospice House that is so much needed for those persons that my be able to have the respect and dignity they so much deserve no matter of the financial situation they may be in.

Vera is very proud of her only son Paul, her two grandchildren Jake and Grant and of course her best friend Reva Girl her cocker spaniel.
