Debra, who currently works in our community for the Hospice Alliance of Hampton Roads as the Executive Director, is one of the co-founders of our hospice organization.

An honors graduate of the Jefferson College of Health Sciences she has always been driven to help those in need.

From serving as the president of her local good samaritan club in Roanoke, to becoming an executive member of the board of the Broward Homebound Association in Ft. Lauderdale, contributing to her community has always been an important part of her life.

Throughout her professional life in Long-term, Hospice and Home Health Care, she has seen first hand how a lack of resources can dramatically effect the options available to those in need. The dream of Hospice Alliance, is educate our community about hospice care otions, and to provide a assistance to all those seeking hospice care, regardless of their ability to pay.
